Delays in the processing of orders

16:00 Our services have been restored. New orders can now be accepted and processed again. We are currently working on the orders, which we received during the outage. Customers do not need to undertake any further actions.

12:45 We are working intensively to restore the services.

9:00 Due to a system error, we are currently observing delays in domain job processing. In some cases, jobs are being cancelled with an error. We are currently investigating and will post updates to this page.

DNS resolution remains unaffected

Maintenance on November 14, 2018

On November 14th from 08:00 - 09:30 CET, maintenance work will be carried out on central components of the EPAG registration system. The below services may be temporarily unavailable for short periods during the maintenance window.

Orders sent to Email-(SMTP)-Interface ( will be temporarily stored and processed after completion of maintenance. DNS resolution remains unaffected.

Maintenance on November 6, 2018

Maintenance work is scheduled on the EPAG productive system on November 6, 2018 between 16:00 – 17:30 CET. During the maintenance window, the following services may be unavailable for a short period of time.

Please note, that there may be delays in the processing of orders: all orders, that will be sent during the maintenance work, would be processed by our System only after the maintenance work has finished. DNS resolution remains unaffected.
